They have lacquered wooden handles and synthetic, yet soft, fine, dense bristles that are perfectly fixed and don't shed, remaining intact even after multiple washes. The color, a very appealing greenish-gray, was particularly attractive. Being a complete set, it's ideal for travel. Delivery to Italy took approximately 3 weeks with registered shipping. Each brush arrived individually packed, and the larger ones have a protective net to keep the bristles compact.

These are incredibly soft, they don't shed, and they're wonderful! I really like them.
