This lower back-belt is excellent overall. The quality is good, the price is good, and it was delivered quickly.

The belt's strength allows it to secure firmly around the waist. I've noticed a small betterment in how I stand and some easing of back discomfort. However, the belt's considerable thickness causes increased sweating when I wear it.
