While I haven't tested it, it appears to be of high quality. It remains stable on the tile and doesn't slide.

The product matches the description. It's good quality and a good price. I've used it several times and it's comfortable for doing abdominal exercises. The bottom has an anti-slip feature so it doesn't move while you work your abs. I recommend buying it. The price is very good compared to similar products I've seen, and the quality is worthwhile.
