The quality is surprising! The finish is very, very nice, and it's quite large for a "small bag." The color is very nice, and the handle is the right size.

The product arrived at the top, very well packaged. It was in a reusable fabric package, then a plastic protector, with the return package including bubble wrap and shipping plastic. Thank you, I am very satisfied with my order!

The bag is beautiful and arrived in good packaging. While I'd prefer an adjustable strap and a slightly longer chain, it's lovely overall. It might not be ideal for taller individuals.
