This is an excellent product.

The product is good, but I notice with use a major design flaw, where they put the zipper with the larger opening for the computer and the zipper with the smaller opening for clothes. Another mistake, in my opinion, is that there should be a mold on the top to facilitate opening and closing the zippers.

The backpack in the pictures seems rigid/hard but it's soft/fragile. What is true is that the design looks very cool.
