These are excellent, stylish, and comfortable. They run slightly large, but that's not a problem. I have a 25 cm foot and took a Chinese size 41, even though a 40 might have been better. The packaging was perfect and there was no odor. The product is well-made! Thank you to the seller. I recommend this item!

The shoes are exceptionally comfortable and feel very soft. The packaging deserves special mention: each shoe is individually bagged, includes an air cooler to maintain its shape, and is further encased in bubble wrap. A scarf was included as a gift, which is appreciated. I did not need to contact the seller. I recommend this purchase.
