The sweater has arrived. It has a few loose threads and some imperfections. A partial refund was asked for. The return process was easy. Be aware that the sweater is short in length. It will likely fit European sizes 34, 36, and 38, but not larger sizes.

It's very nice, even though the material has a bit of lint (which isn't a problem). I appreciate the saleswoman's help, as she was very helpful and friendly.
