The shop provides excellent accuracy and helpful feedback. However, a significant issue arises when the package arrives in Italy or the local post office (Naples in my situation),as tracking information becomes unreliable.

The product was shipped quickly and arrived without any damage. The dinosaur figure is impressive, with a lot of detail in its robot components. All the necessary pieces were included, with some extra stones provided. My son loves the combination of a dinosaur and robot in one figure. The seller is excellent, and I anticipate purchasing another model for my child in the future.
