The shipping was very fast. The backpack is large, which is a positive. The backpack arrived 12 days before the stated delivery date.

The bag is of very good quality. I will order from this seller again because they were very nice and helpful. Shipping was fast. However, the bag is not fully waterproof; it offers only medium protection, and will soak through in heavy rain. A Kanken bag is much better for rain protection. I still love the bag, and thank you.
